Small Group Personal Training
With SGPT memberships available at CSC our small group personal training sessions are much more personalised and are designed to help you reach your goals much quicker. Our experienced coaches will know your goals in advance and tailor the session to meet your needs and goals. SGPT is great for those who want a much better connection to their coach in a small supportive group environment. We will help both on and off the gym floor with nutrition guidance and accountability check-ins to help take your health and fitness to the next level. Hybrid
Blending elements and disciplines of fitness, these dynamic classes will seamlessly integrate cardiovascular endurance and strength training to provide a comprehensive and engaging fitness experience. If you want to take your fitness up a level, these classes are for you!
Engine & Engine45
Engine is more aerobic in nature working on your heart and lungs. We will be making use of the ergs (rowers/ski and bikes). These sessions will start to elevate your fitness to the next level as we look to improve your aerobic capacity and improve your technique on the ergs.
Expect to see some other pieces of equipment make their way into this class as well.
Buggy Conditioning
A great way to get back into fitness without worrying about arranging childcare as you can bring your baby/toddler with you.
It’s not about shedding the pounds as fast as possible it’s about becoming healthier and stronger at your own pace. We want to you maintain and promote a healthier lifestyle that you will pass on to your children as they grow and become stronger with you.
Plus it’s a great chance for us to chat about our beautiful children and how we’re coping with lack of sleep!
These classes are not just for new mums, our workouts cater for all fitness levels and fitness needs. Children do not need to be in a pram to attend.
Classes are Wednesday and Fridays 10.15-11.15am during term time. Booking is essential.
We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks (8-12 weeks for C-section) before starting these classes.
It is vital you get the all clear to exercise at your postnatal check up before starting this class or any exercise. Postnatal training is different due to the changes the body goes through during the whole pregnancy. Extra care should be taken with core exercises and lifting weights.
Olympic Weightlifting
This class will focus on all things Olympic weightlifting. Here you will learn the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. It is suitable for beginners to advanced and no prior lifting history is needed.
Open Gym
Open gym allows you to take your training into your own hands. You can either do the workout of the day in your own time, or work on something yourself. The classes take priority so if you’re using a piece of kit that the class needs, you’ll have to give way for that.
Personal Training
We also offer 1:1 or 1:2 personal training. Our coaches will listen to whatever your goals are and help you work towards them. We will address any postural dysfunctions or asymmetries you may have in order for us to proceed towards your targets. We have trained many high level athletes and continue to build on previous successes within our sport specific strength and conditioning programs. We also pride ourselves on helping the everyday athlete (thats you) achieve a healthier, pain free lifestyle by increasing the robustness, strength, fitness and function of your body.
We have rehab packages available for those recovering from injury who are looking to get back to performance.

Individual Online Programming
Personal online programming using True Coach. A brilliant system I use for programming your workouts. This isn’t just an excel spreadsheet, this system allows me to show you exactly how I want you to perform the exercise which I am programming for you. There is almost 1000 exercise videos on the system with almost 200 created by myself. Along with the description of sets, reps, tempos, percentages and other information relevant to the exercise, I truly believe this is the best format for bespoke indvidualised programming. True coach has live feedback functions so we can speak to each other in real time, regardless of where you are in the world.
